Mango Jelly


1 kg Mango Flesh
3 Oranges (juice of)
2 Tbsp Gelatin
60 ml Water


  1. Puree the mango and place over low heat.
  2. Add the orange juice.
  3. Mix the gelatin in the water and add to the mango.
  4. Continue cooking but not too long, just enough to dissolve the gelatin.
  5. Cool a little and pour into molds.
  6. Serve with boysenberry sauce.
