Creamy Parmesan


1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Garlic (crushed)
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper


  1. In a food processor, blend the sour cream, vinegar, garlic and parmesan.
  2. While still processing, slowly add the oil in a steady drizzle.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste


  • A tarragon vinegar would also be ideal.
