Coleslaw

Ingredients

¼ Head of Cabbage (finely sliced)
2 Green Onions (finely diced)
¼ Red Pepper (finely diced)
¼ Green Pepper (finely diced)
½ Onion (finely diced)
1 Carrot (grated)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)

(Dressing)
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise (your favorite kind)
¼ Cup White Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Method

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at lease an hour before serving to soften the cabbage.

Notes:

  • Try adding a teaspoon or two of hot English mustard asa variation and to spice things up a little.
  • You can even try substituting some of the cabbage with purple cabbage.
