Boysenberry Sauce


3 Punnets Boysenberries
80 ml Cointreau
160 gm Icing Sugar


  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and
  2. Cook until a clear syrup.
  3. Puree & serve chilled.


  • Boysenberries are a hybrid berry, a cross between raspberries and blackberries.
  • This sauce is great with many desserts when the berries are in season.
  • For a twist, try it warn with your favorite game meat.
