Hazelnut Orange Cream


12 Eggs (beaten)
250 gm Butter
200 gm Sugar
2 Oranges (Grated Rind of)
200 ml Orange Juice
50 ml Amaretto Liqueur
80 gm Hazelnut Paste or Nutella
300 ml Cream


  1. Place the eggs, butter, sugar, rind and orange juice into a pot and whisk over heat until thick.
  2. Place the pot in cold water and continue whisking.
  3. Add the Amaretto, hazelnut paste & cream and continue whisking until cold.
  4. Cover the mix and chill.


  • Use a a light dessert by itself, or as a topping on, or with, other desserts.
